Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from our webshop to consumers, our webshop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Conclusion of contract/data protection

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

By clicking on the [Buy/order against payment] button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.

With the submission of the data by the consumer, we are entitled to store, process and pass on to third parties the data required for business transactions in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent that this is necessary for the processing of the business.

Withdrawal

Cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Prices

The prices listed on the product pages are final prices including 21% VAT.

In addition to the indicated prices, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be communicated to you before ordering.

Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery is only within the EU and to the United Kingdom.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, we charge a fee of €7.50. For shipments to Belgium and Germany, we charge a shipping contribution of €12.50. To other countries within the EU and the United Kingdom we charge a shipping fee of €25.00.

The delivery time is up to 4 weeks.

Payment

Payment is made via Ideal, Bancontact, Bancontact, Paypal, or Sepa Transfer.

Ownership

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

Dispute settlement

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
